Sponsorships are necessary to help pay for expenses of the parade like the announcement stage, pedestrian and vehicle barricade rental, emcee/sound, logistics and organization, Denver Police, etc. The Broadway Merchants Association is a 501 C 6 non- profit. Your participation fee is tax exempt and can be considered a donation.
